The resolution was voted down. Bob busting his cohunas and shareholder slap him in the face.

The first problem was Wilkes put us all to sleep, and after that most holders were no longer awake to vote.

Out ouf 3B shares only 25% voted. Now realise this is a special resolution and requires 75% of that 25% who voted. Simple math 25 / 4 = 6.24

If 6.24% of the company voted NO then this would not be carried.

We don't know how many shares the short have borrowed. We know they have shorted 2.5%, but if they borrowed in total 8.75% then they have 6.24% remaining. As they want ADN to fail, they will most surely have voted No.

Hell they may only have borrowed 5%, shorted 2.5% and it only takes another 1.24% of holders who know more than Bob and it is done.

Is it done? Well no, they can do a GM, and make sure to all holders that voting is recommended. I spoke to two colleagues who hold ADN but don't follow day to day and they were not aware.
