I have always believed in the SPL technology.
We have, in my opinion, world class products but the current Management team have failed to break through, commercialize those products and do the deals.
We have the products, now it all comes down to gaining the necessary approvals, Partnerships, Deals, Marketing, Sales and $$$ coming into the Company.
The new CEO needs to have a very close look at the team she has and jettison those that have not performed and get the right people in to take the Company forward.
The Company needs to be freshened but the danger is throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
Sure there needs to be changes made but I dont think we need wholesale changes.
Cant afford to lose competent knowledgeable people.
