A rights issue is an offer to existing shareholders. So will ADR holders have this same opportunity to buy at a 25 percent discount?
Based on, I dunno ... just some sort of a hunch, I somehow doubt that discount will be anywhere near 25% come re-commencement of trade in the stock.
