Of course SPL will (most likely) fail to meet the touted deadlines once again. I think that betting on that is more likely to yield a positive financial outcome than anything SPL might do in the immediate (or even mid term) foreseeable future. I would love to be surprised, but as this is my expectation, I will at least not be disappointed. I fully expect to lose the SPL gamble. Pathetic management to date.
