Shareholders are entitled to MEANINGFUL and REGULAR updates as to (1) relisting process & timing and (2) the relisted PRLs proposed business operation going forward.

Perhaps a class action and/or a requisition for a special meeting of shareholders could be a way to move forward given the deliberate silence of the Board and their hiding behind the company suspension and previously the EREN situation. It needs to be demonstrated that the Board has OUR interests first and foremost in their actions. Not just milking directors fees for an indefinite time.

I have declared as a "Hold" because there is no choice.
