LMAO ..... Mundipharma's VivaGel® BV announcement in 2018 has exactly the same wording as the ITROM VivaGel® BV announcement today ..... looks like Starpharma have learnt absolutely nothing when negotiating these deals, especially given the ITROM deal comes with no license / upfront fee as well ? What could possibly go wrong leaving the marketing, promotion and sales up to the licensee yet again ? lol
Mundipharma is responsible for marketing, promotion and sales of the product in its licensed territories. Starpharma retains ownership of the VivaGel® BV trademark and will supply Mundipharma with VivaGel® BV.

Under the agreement, Starpharma will manufacture and supply VivaGel® BV, with ITROM responsible for sales, distribution, and marketing in the MENA region.
