Rarely as a CEO would you put a time expectation on such a thing unless you knew you would make it and that you had all variables covered. If something left field is slowing the process it is a simple announcement. Have seen today that SPL Lawyers are obviously back from lawyers annual ski trip or Northern sun get away and some forced back by school timetables so no excuses IMO for not updating shareholders IMO. The only people I don't feel sorry for are the SPL shills caught with stock after contacting the company and thinking they had a scoop and a time frame for release of viraleze results and tried every promotion across social media and emails to run it up and create a buzz . Those trades became a longer term hold now by the looks of it?

Cheryl would be well aware how the trial was going and she’d know the results. I doubt she would want to open up the batting and cop an announcement where results were not as good as hoped. If she were smart she’d let JF take all the wrap for that. People need to stop conspiring to imagine the worst all the time.
