They possibly need to get some advice and if not the importer the distributor they are using possibly needs some to ensure they have correct insurance for products they are selling / importing and packaging that may or may not comply for Australia?
The other side is that claims are relevant to clinical trials in humans that were done unlike when SPL were pulled. Different environment as well in regards to covid and enforcement
