If the SP closes below 13 cents at the end of any day, this being something that has never happened so far, then technically this strongly negative signal would suggest that a substantial further descent is probably imminent.
However, bear in mind that SPL appears to be a speculative stock that feeds only on fundamentals, being mainly the promises and dreams that announcements can generate. So, a positive announcement would immediately scupper this technical nightmare scenario.
