Nothing much given away that equates to anything concrete, so not price sensitive.
Basically an MOU with a more local partner that essentially doesn't guarantee any outcomes.
Working with the Saudis will be an interesting experience for PRU, and despite them going on a recent charm offensive should still be viewed as questionable partners at best imo.
