from a doco on TV the process of the TGA and action process from a director or exdirector some time ago, (and he was not happy with the failed atributes of the TGA processes)... they don't normally go out and investigage breaches of any kind, they have to be reported,
conspiring entities me thinks, same happen in the UK, we were reported re viraleze before action was taken,
a politically presence in forceful council, adviced health authorities.
at the time i posted the links to the minutes of that council and it was clear this occurred, and hence buried viraleze into the administrative process of 2 years to go through process to get it going again, shelved with lots of dust on it.
