"Would've loved a projected FY24 somewhere in there" – you're better off with your own projections. Droneshields past projections have been more about manipulating shareholder sentiment than providing any realistic expectations about future performance. Also, take every statement that includes weasel words as meaningless rather than any genuine expectation of delivery.
Weasel words are words and terms that carry no conviction or obligation on the company's part. They include the following:
- imminent – any time in the next five years... or never.
- high conviction – something that could possibly happen... or not.
- near term – see "imminent"
- expected – see "high conviction"
- anticipated – see "high conviction"
