Let's be clear, there are no insto's even looking at Micro Caps, even Small Cap funds don't look until the Market Cap is $300m.
This is small traders, small fry like me and maybe some sophisticated investors.
The sellers at .004 are people who got in the raise and trying to get their cash back and hold free oppies that they may not even get.
