To be honest with you Sewelly, i think you may be over thinking it. If our customers are planning to use natural gas, which looks like a yes in all cases, why does a demonstration project need to achieve this ideal? I would prefer them to use natural gas feedstock to align with customer demand (noting that the biogas is close enough to the same anyway).
Remember, perfection is the enemy of good, and our good solution in a multi billion $ solution that saves truckloads of carbon. Lets take the money and run rather than hold them up chasing idealism.
