that’s a bit harsh I reckon.
the damage was already done by his predecessor. he’s just trying to put it back together.
it’s not economical at a level where it makes sense to start and where it shows “on paper” to be economical it’s a bridge too far for fundies - too much risk.
raising it via capital markets is the only answer imo
but before that is the raise to keep the lights on as predicted months ago.
