So the magical mystery tour of getting into bed with vulture capitalists has begun. The things we don’t know yet about Petalion Therapeutics after the ‘just trust us’ ASX announcement’ and even after the webinar:
Where’s the website? Will there be a website? Are there any directors other than the CEO Dr. Shahidi? Who are the other directors? Are there any paid advisors and if so who? Are any Starpharma board members or related parties being employed or paid as advisors, consultants or directors? When is the 1st tranche of money due? How much will the 1st tranche be? What type of reporting will the company be subject to? How often, and how will Starpharma shareholders be adequately updated?

If you thought Starpharma has been somewhat opaque with communications over the years, this new venture may well take it to another level.
