I think every successful investor i know has at least one of these storys and it only makes you better.
I myself got shredded in the Pioneer dome (PIO) story years back when i was young and dumb and followed the hotcopper pumpers a bit too much.... it was a harsh financial lesson but that lesson ends up being a blessing.
