IS MATTHEW PERRIN LEAVING?

So, on the one hand, most of the broking community keep on recommending BBG as a BUY, whilst the market this afternoon has marked BBG down heavily (down 45c on >2.0m shares traded) on widespread rumours that Matthew Perrin is:
1)
leaving the Company; and
2)
there is uncertainty over what is happening to his stock (will he keep the stock, sell it, opr escrow it for a period of time).

Could this be a case of Nero exiting whilst the Senate fiddles?
