When AJM was put into recievership at 1 minute past 12 midnight by the Loan Noteholders using Corda Mentha, even with a deal accepted by the LNH the week before and ready for signing in a few hours with GXY+Ganfeng+Altura+LNH.
Altura then quickly appointed Cor Cordis as voluntary administrators.
All legal unless you can prove the recievership was part of a prearranged deal with PLS.

You keep saying Altura was trading insolvent, Cor Cordis says not, outstanding bills were all met.

James Brown and Alan Buckler stepped into SYA leadership because they didn't like what they were seeing, meaning they are doing everything to make sure SYA can navigate the Li down time at the very least and hopefully more.IMO.
I don't think either of them wanted to, however believed it was necessary for the security of SYA and shareholders.
As for gangs it happens everywhere in the corporate world from my experience.
