I'm more skeptical of the Pitt St valuation based on the aforementioned factors. I don't know of any other broker who also provides a buy/sell alert for stocks trades. What's stopping them from front running it? Here's the disclosure Mooetan alluded to. So they can organise buy/sell alerts to held securities to subscribers.
