    I can't see anyone making an offer for ADN, these guys would be smart enough to understand that whilst HRM and HPA are still being validated and what impact these would have on revenue for ADN it wouldn't be worth making an offer as they would get a big fat No. IMO.

    However, if a takeover was made anytime soon and consider accepting it, ADN would likely spin out the IP/Patents for HRM and HPA, keep Chairlift and sell the rest.
