Australian Ethical's annual report says they had $213m in assets in their small companise fund (the fund that owns TIS) and that fund almost turned over its entire value in a single financial year - it bought $207m and sold $184m during 2009-10.
So they are heavy traders and the sale likely means little other than they like to justify their healthy management fees by trading IMO (they did buy TIS at a good time but whether they are selling at a good time? Not likely IMO).
And yes I did get back in ok after the shares didn't fall as far as I hoped.
