Good question regarding if it was direct or not. Melissa King on the board has strong links and relationships within the high end of the Australia sporting industry. Tabcorp just recently in June appointed new CEO Gillon McLachlan (former AFL CEO). Maybe some links through this, but just speculating. If so, would be good to see some traction within an industry sector. Hopefully the word gets out about Tabcorp taking on Whitehawk.
It's not a huge financial win at this stage, but to be contracted with an ASX 100 is a real positive for WHK. As mentioned the retention rates for contracts have been good, and now we can promote the fact that top Australian companies have put faith and money into the Whitehawk product. We can increase the size of this contract with Tabcorp.
