Not sure what he would consult on, I'm thinking more sales/marketing, just doesnt sound as fancy.
Makes sense to be continured to be paid from Bobs point of view, plus any sales he can get done only helps with his own personal investment. Who knows could even be incentive based on his contacts/leads turning into sales.
