How dose this scenario differ from the ASX. Only difference so far is NASDAQ is similar to the ASX but on steroids.

So apparently you apply for a CR and get documents ready in the meantime all interested parties, sophs, insto's, partners, investors, shareholders all become aware, immediately sell down to smash the price to all jump back on (via the intended raise) as low as possible.
Go figure. Falling in love with this Redomicile to the US. Best move ever.

Dilution will hit hard to raise at $1usd mark then divide by 100. So this raise is looking at around 2-2.5-3ct AUD. Well done team, awesome results achieved in the US... Think the sales pitch was "no raising on the NASDAQ until the SP is at multiples of where it is today" ...oops!! Boys what happened.

Oh well...... SP during this CR would be a good time to pick up another parcel. 42X BE/BA, RePosa TP2B and 675A results should all be upon us in Q4.
