We are all assuming Tx would offer the best financial arrangement. But, I don't think there is any evidence to suggest that is or isn't the case. Although I'd like to just get this show on the road, it is perhaps the better long term decision for ADN to separate the TX BOA from a TX finance offer, if there indeed was one on the table, so that all interested lenders could tender their offers.
