Strangely, it doesn't really matter if retail take up their share or not.
The placement of $3m to sophs has already achieved it's purpose of giving the company leeway while the finance gets organised.
In fact it is easily argued that the less dilution now the better.
The company now has about $8m total which gets it well into next year. Ample time to achieve finance you would think.
