Fair enough but thats still more than 50% under what ADN are paying themselvse. And at this rate the share placement wont get taken up (who in their right mind would give these guys more money especially when you can get on market cheaper.) So the money they raised wont even be enough to pay themselves!
LoL ok so 50%+ lower remuneration doesnt sound low, but ADNs is not high? And your example of amazon is again just wrong and goes to prove my point. Jeff Bezos paid himself hardly anything for the first decade, his salary was $81k USD for decades, he made his money through equity. So yes you are not well researched at all.
Thats what management do when they want the company to succeed, they dont drain the company of working capital, they get equity and build the company to billions.
ADN management draining the company accounts to pay themselves, this latest raise so far isnt even enough for their salaries.
If you think this is normal pay, show me other companies at the same stage as ADN that pay themselves the same or higher.
