I have always been intrigued with the fact that a company is required to submit an asx price sensitive announcement when they secure funding, which makes sense
However not required to if the are declined/ fail (whatever word u chose) finance, which would also mean a party no longer connected to the company has all the inner details.
Confidentially agreements would mean zero.
I would guess several potential finance insto would have not been serious but instead enjoyed looking at the numbers and discretely sharing with a “friendly” party.
All along retail gets played.
It wouldn’t harm if ASX implemented a rule for sub xx million MC companies to have a retail representative on BOD.
It would actually help companies …. If they were seriously trying to build value.

Anyway GLA, go hard at AGM, which means pointy/ sharp precise questions not emotive ramblings.
