I agree, whilst the plan looks competent and would be tempting to the BoD given the dire situation ADN is currently in, I am wary of Ramcap themselves, who claim to be "buy and hold" investors, but also seek 100% gains on all their stocks within 12 months. From my experience, those two things are contradictory and long term investors do not think like that - so something is definitely fishy here.
You either go for the long play or you go for the short term profits, attempting both makes no sense to me, and I suspect these guys are just short term activist investors that only seek a quick gain before dumping their interest in whatever company they're currently targeting. I don't trust them, but I'll be happy to be proven wrong.
