    Resolution 4:
    The provision/rule has simply lapsed for the best part of a year and in accordance with the Constitution and the Corporations Act is required to be voted on again.

    P.S. In Resolution 3, regarding the LTI Performance Rights for the CEO, it looks like provided the SPL share price has appreciated to a huge 11.1 cents by June 2027 the CEO stands to gain almost 4 million shares.

    We are all in the wrong job. Forget Captain Pumper’s 92 cents share price prediction by Xmas day 2024, a share price of a tick over 11 cents by June 2027 will do nicely for some.
