Yes the negative twins are starting to panic something positive may be coming for the AGM it could be Starpharma are preparing for an announcement that will raise the share price maybe even quickly if this happens then they will look to take advantage by means of a CR and that’s where Bell Potter comes in? This has happened in the past and they need a cash injection into their funds. Or maybe they manage to secure a deal with cash involved however this has mostly evaded them in the past, we shall see time will tell.
