It could happen but how convenient? That is a serious ASX query IMO !!!??? as it could be seen as timing a contract termination so it doesn't become a separate announcement etc etc and quietly slipping it in AGM - wow you wouldn't read about it? Only ASX could dig deeper as last thing ASX would want is all companies doing similar. Frankly it is so significant given the beat up and supposed potential given in history a separate announcement should have been done this morning before AGM presentation IMO.

Is there a planet called "self interest" to try and hide it in AGM deck?

Really concerning among a few other things that IMO there doesn't seem to be a change in culture that would make it a investment grade consideration

IMO 99% of market and shareholders and market will have missed it which a cynical person may say was its intention.

I wonder if the welded ons will understand the significance and manner in which this has been done. Perhaps it will soak in as termination is justa term and possibly waiting for the funeral notice or awaiting resurrection
