Probably belongs in general comments, but in a real world your “ friend “ is right, but ex spin doctor completely ruined any credibility this company may have had for getting financing. Given all that has been exposed to us mere mortals I also can see no logical reason why financing is not already on the table. i am only giving this dog until March then out for the claim of tax deductions.
