Timeline of DEP-HER2 ADC program termination

In May 2024 I posted:
Pre-clinical results from DEP-HER2 ADC in 2015.

Meanwhile, almost 9 years later ….


Then in Oct 2024 I posted:
’So what the hell have Starpharma been doing with DEP-HER2 ADC ? It appears to have not only stalled but regressed! Back in a 2020 presentation it was clearly identified as being in pre-clinical phase.
Now in 2024 it is identified as being further back in research phase. (With the goal of advancing to pre-clinical.This company is withering on a vine IMO.

In Oct 2024 I then wrote to Investor Relations regarding the slow progress and apparent regression of this program. I did receive a confidential response.

Now, in Jan 2025 we found out that Starpharma have chosen to ‘redirect the focus of our ADC program to explore other targets’. Code for termination the DEP-HER2 ADC program in my opinion.

It now makes sense. It seems the 10 year + research and early pre-clinical development of DEP-HER2 ADC had some setbacks and the company could not justify further development.

All IMHO.
