Seems defamation of the Starpharma’s identifable employees and remarks about their work ethics which Sarge17 and some others constantly engage in is reportable - using a carriage service to defame a class of persons employed by a company and should stop immediately. Shareholders have no rights over employment contracts of individual staff members only IN MEETING AT THE AGM or SGM of the company and then through the CEO AND BOARD
