The likely hood of funding is much stronger with the recent funding announcement.
The assumption of debt funding is being ticked off and as the broker report states the likely hood of assumptions are much greater than 9%.
I for one and the market never expected debt funding of 75M and Gov't rebates of $25M plus.
These are game changers and not factored into the current share price!!!! DYOR
