I was re reading the june enercom report and found this map, I didn't really take much notice of it before, but now we a bit further down the track i can see why the big companies are chasing samson's acerage. The centre of ssn holdings is 80 ohms.

"Samson has defined the core of the Goshen Hole Uplift
based on the presence of a resistivity anomaly. Areas
with resistivity in excess of 40 ohms are considered as
highly prospective for oil. The map in Figure 2 illustrates
Samson�s current acreage position (before the closing of
the assets sale) in relation to resistivity levels in the
field. Nearly all of Samson�s current acreage footprint islocated within the currently known limits of the 40+
ohm resistivity anomaly"
