When Imperial One participated in the offer they placed all of their holding into a nominee company. Any changes to the holding of Imperial One are required to be notified in a Form 3Y as it is a Company associated with Bruce McLeod, one of our directors. Accordingly, if there are any changes you will see them come through the announcements system.
