I have a common understanding of the reports published by these analysts every now and then. If they say buy, it means that they have already bought a significant amount of shares in a company and they want us to buy so that they can sell at a profit (at least in the short term).

If they say sell, it means they want to buy more shares of that company by making us sell our holdings. They are freaking pricks.

So the timing of entry and exit is very crucial if we are to invest based on the stupid reports they release.

To be honest, I believe nobody can say what can happen with a company in the foreseeable future based of what the company has done in the past. Almost all the valuation out there is based on historical data which is big bag of rubbish I believe.
