As an aside... I really dislike dual listings. I see some dual listed companies on the ASX, and their SP gets hammered on the other listing, so the Aussies know they will get hammered on the ASX, but often don't know why. Shares are complex enough. I've never known any dual listing (and some are listed on 3 exchanges, some maybe more), that have assisted share prices in a broad sense.
