Agreed a good announcement.
Market was expecting $250m to be raised with 40-50% equity.
Instead $350m raised, only $100m of it is equity, and $20m of that is from present shareholders.
All at a minimal discount of max 5%
Win, Win, Win.
The delay to the concentration plant was the big downside. They must have known about this for a little while. Disappointing disclosure.
