It is not a sure thing. The scheme needs regulatory and shareholder approval. If it was a sure thing it would be trading at 17 cents.

No one knows if another bid will evenuate. My tip is dont hold your breath.

The risk is factored into the lower price. So if you dont like risk, you may as well sell, I am sure those with an apetite for risk will happily buy your shares for 14.5 cents.

I like a little risk, so I will be holding out till July.
