It will create the foundations for all the other steps in the process as per below:

If we use Mr Casello's comments of Final Investment Decision in September and work back to today we will have the JV Partner and Mining Conventions Ratified by the end of next month and the Finance and Offtakes by end of August

Which means significant de risking and share price lift!
