rules of the game

I am talking about the seemingly "large" sell orders stacked up to 3c & the lack of interest on the buy side.
In a poker game ,you try to make the best out of your hand,even if you have a lousy one.
You don't show your desperation.
It means that those sellers are too dumb ( no one is that stupid)
The other explanation is that they are too clever for some reason ( this translates to manipulation)
With a mini micro cap like Intec that is too loosely held,it is dead simple to toss around.
Soon the players will declare their hands & I might be proven wrong.
