hoever, buying at this level is hard to loos really.
Especially if you take a view that loan provider will not convert.
Overall global situation and timing form GJT could not have been much worse thru what GJT been trugh.
Somewhat i think management is doing not too bad;
We are safe for next 2 years for sure and gives us space to refinance or sell.
