We should also remeber that Hanlong is putting in a bid for 100million tonne per annum of prodution not 35mtpa! The $4.6B investment will allow them to ship 100mtpa! a mear 33million less than the almighty BHP who shipped 133-140mtpa last fy!
All the engineering work in the PFS and DFS drilling increasing the rich DSO resource as well as commencing drilling on the new targets will ensure whoever owns Sundance's Mbalam project will be producing 100mtpa of iron ore!
Mr Casello and Mr Jones will both be reminding Hanlong of the true capacity of their project, as well as the other potential investors doing their sums for a counter bid!
You can also be sure SDL has made co tact with POSCO from Korea and Rio Tinto who have other iron ore mines littered in the Cameroon Congo Gabon area!
Watch this very exciting space! If we are taken over then there are a lot of players who will be entering the frey!
