again excuse my ignorance regarding market moves.
I still can't understand how prr got to 42c on virtually
expectations without much reason.
Since it dropped under 20c there have been quite a few positive announcements that really have not triggered any upward movements .
I just think things keep looking better for prr with regard to what the company is doing and how it is conducting itself but it is not showing up on the market.
