Wrote to BR regarding these concerns but l might as well have written to Juliar Gillard.
The usual "Thank you for your comments and suggestions regarding timelines and guidance on agreed royalty payments. We will take your comments into consideration when preparing our ASX announcements in future".
Regards the Ansell deal he advised
"In relation to the information you have requested regarding the VivaGel®-coated condom, I have to advise that we are not able to provide any specific information on a selective basis without first making it available via the ASX".
Well Mr Rogers go ahead and announce something to the ASX.
