Xerxes, Glencore claim to hold 14% of AUO directly and via equity swaps so theoretically CEY can't get to 90%.
With CEY holding about 85% there should be only 1% left of AUO free float. If CEY actually gets past 86.3% that calls into question Glencore's claims to holding 6% via equity swaps.
